How we will handle information we learn about you depends upon what you do when visiting our site.  We do not use third party products to track you, we do use Cleantalk and Cloudflare, protection services, which we use to protect our legitimate users.

If you visit our site to create tablature, chords, or fretboards, or perhaps read or download information on our pages, we collect and store only the following information about you:

  1. we collect information you provide to us when you sign up for an account or contact us for support. This information may include your name, email address, and other contact information
  2. If you identify yourself by sending us an e-mail containing personal information, then the information collected will be solely used to respond to your message.

  • Cloudflare: Ensures only legitimate traffic reaches our site. You’ll see cookies like cf_clearance from Cloudflare, which verifies you’re not a bot after passing a quick challenge (e.g., CAPTCHA).
  • Sentry.io (Mobile App Only): Collects error and bug reports to improve your experience.
  • Server Logs (Web Only): Tracks analytics and errors, as mentioned above.
We don’t use third-party tracking tools (like ad networks) to monitor your behavior across the web—just these services to protect and optimize our site.
